Main Tasks :
Tracking the progress of shipments with 3PL partners for GCC, Europe and others region Coordinate all aspects of warehouse operations Coordinate with direct reports to review all inventory needs and stock inventory
- Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on warehouse performance, inventory movement, and operating costs.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data related to inventory and shipments to identify trends and improve performance.
- Procedure Development: Participate in the development of new procedures and improve existing procedures.
- Document Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of all warehouse and shipment related documents.
- Supplier Follow-up: Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely and high quality delivery of goods.
- Damaged Stock Management: Deal with damaged or excess goods.
