The (Sr. Financial Consultant) is a key executive position responsible for overseeing the financial activities and strategies of an organization. The Senior Consultant plays a critical role in the financial management and decision-making processes, providing financial guidance and ensuring the organization's financial health and stability.
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and maintain financial planning models, forecasting revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
- Conduct financial analysis, identify trends, and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.
- Monitor key financial metrics and present reports to the executive team and board of directors.
2. Financial Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.
3. Risk Management:
- Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, including insurance coverage and contingency plans.
- Monitor market trends, economic factors, and industry changes that may impact the organization's financial position, as well as kingdom wise.
- Implement internal controls to minimize financial risks and maintain the integrity of financial operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- More than 12 Years of experience in the same field.
- Professional accounting or finance qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA).
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.
