Customer Success Manager
Odoo ERP Software experience
Client Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. Act as the primary point of contact for major clients.
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Manage project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Sales Leadership: Drive sales efforts, working with the sales team to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and close deals. Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
Reporting: Regularly report to the CEO / CFO on project statuses, team performance, sales metrics and financial reporting. Prepare detailed reports and presentations as required.
Travel: This position involves frequent travel to meet with clients, oversee project implementations, and attend industry events and conferences. Travel will primarily be within Saudi Arabia but may occasionally include international destinations.
