  • Carry out relevant duties of managing incoming and outgoing calls as per the assigned schedule.
  • Provide accurate information to the caller, catering to all the necessary inquiries.
  • Provide information to the customer about our products and create leads using the proper lead type.
  • Develop long-term contacts through qualitative telephonic discussions and conversations.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
  • Offer optimum call support service by initiating conversations in a respectful and welcoming tone.
