Job Purpose
- To develop all activities related to electrical work of Red Sea Global's (RSG's) projects through developing conceptual designs and drawings, and ensure adherence to international standards, monitoring consultants/contractors works and timelines, and developing RFQ in order to achieve optimal work delivery as per company’s vision and parameters.

Strategic Contribution
• Ensure that the strategy is translated into operational business plans for the Buildings and Places function and monitor the performance and execution of those plans in order to achieve functional objectives and deliver the company’s strategy. Leadership.
• Direct the activities of the Building and Places Electrical team to ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, in line with the strategic project management plans, policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities – Functional
Electrical Design and Planning
• Responsible for design activities of complete electrical systems including power, lighting, emergency lighting, central battery systems, lighting control, earthing, lightning protection, telecom, security, ELV, BMS and energy management system as assigned.
• Coordination with Authorities for approvals of schemes.
• Manage the preparation and planning of conceptual designs and drawings for various large-scale projects through translating the executive vision in coordination with the relevant parties e.g. subcontractors, consultant, etc., to ensure planned work sequence meets project objectives and company aspirations.
• Focus on the development of electrical systems specification, technical drawings and topographical maps, ensure that all the designs and specification comply with international standards of safety and security.
• Assessment of electrical installation and operations and ensure adherence and compliance with international standards of safety and security.
• Support and review improved methods for electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products, in order to meet the desired quality and standards.
• Conduct meetings with Architecture and all consultants to discuss electrical design standards and requirement needed to cater projects’ needs.
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors and subcontractors, ensure that all works are executed as per agreed plans, scheduled timelines are met and maintained to ensure on-time delivery
• Assures product quality by designing electrical testing methods; testing finished products and system capabilities, ensure that those products can support red sea climate and environment and don’t present any risk to the project.
• Asses consultants/supplier, vendor and subcontractor tenders and specs and timelines to support the evaluation and selection of most appropriate provider
• Monitor the testing all final electrical output and ensure it is fully operational in accordance to plan and desired output.
• Follow-up on all maintenance issues and ensure they are identified and treated at the design stage to avoid any possible delay or cost.

• Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies and standards.

• Apply safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.

• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the department's systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Job Requirements - Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or any related field
- PMP
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience
