Knowledge, Skills and Experience | - Minimum of 15 years of extensive experience in engineering work, with a strong focus on project management and construction, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or development projects.
- Previous experience in Project construction contracts in luxurious hotels resort constructions developments and responsible charge of planning, design, and implementation of water facilities and infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge of multi-disciplinary practices in construction, including process, surveying, geotechnical, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards applicable to construction projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to effectively manage project risks and resolve issues.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
