Job Summary
- The Senior MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Project Manager supports the organization in providing leadership and technical expertise in the key areas of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineering. This position is responsible for a portfolio of construction projects as are assigned and must ensure quality in keeping with international best practices and national construction standards.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, providing direction, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure alignment of project objectives, specifications, and compliance requirements.
- Oversee quality control processes, conducting inspections, audits, and tests to verify that MEP systems meet design standards, codes, and client expectations.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures to minimize deviations and ensure profitability.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans and proactive strategies to prevent delays, disputes, and cost overruns.
- Manage project schedules, monitor progress against milestones, and implement strategies to optimize productivity and meet deadlines.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication among project stakeholders, providing regular updates, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
- Manage changes to project scope, specifications, and requirements, assessing impacts and negotiating adjustments with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of project activities, including reports, drawings, specifications, and correspondence, to support accountability and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including design standards and installation practices.
Strong abilities in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management to oversee complex projects effectively.
Proven leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring project milestones are met.
In-depth understanding of industry regulations, codes, and standards to ensure compliance and quality control.
Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions, along with strong problem-solving abilities to address project challenges efficiently.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
