Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates
- Oversee employee benefit programs and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance
- Handle employee relations, payroll, HR data management, and project management tasks
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making capabilities and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management
Desired Experience:
- 6-10 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial position
- Experience in developing HR strategies and implementing HR programs
- Experience in handling HR processes, including recruitment, training, and talent management
