Assist subcontract manager by reviewing the contract compliance, progress, communication, assessment of claim, cost evaluation, prepare for claim response and liaise with field control team for existing/potential subcontractor claim & guide on associated risk.

Role & Responsibilities: -

• Assist in drafting and reviewing subcontract agreements in accordance with project specifications and legal requirements.
• Prepare and manage documentation related to subcontractor agreements, including scopes of work, pricing schedules, and terms & conditions.
• Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with contract terms and project requirements
• Review subcontractor progress “Plan Vs Actual” and prepare analysis
• Liaise with Field control, Project control, Field Engineering, Contract management, & Legal team on subcontractor issues.
• Assist in managing changes or variations to the subcontract agreements, including scope adjustments and change orders
• Maintain accurate records of all subcontract-related communications, agreements, and modifications
• Assist in identifying and resolving any disputes or issues arising from subcontractor activities, forecasting potential claim.
• Preparing reports, analyses, risk assessment, and other documents required for claim management
• Draft initial response on subcontract claim/variation, guide field control/project control team on existing or potential claim arising from subcontracting activities

Job Requirements and Qualifications: -

• BE or B tech any discipline (preferably Mechanical, Civil)
• Quantity Surveyor
• Minimum of 8 year’s working experience in similar profile
• Working experience in an EPC Industry, construction Industry
• Experience in assisting claim management
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Good Analytical skill, data analysis technique
• Knowledge of Construction issues and the cost/schedule/risk factors associated
• Good communication, Negotiation skill
• Awareness on Construction safety
• English fluency (Speaking & writing)
