Coach & mentor the PPOCs on delivering strategic plans for therapeutic areas, within that will have a clear external impact to facilitate faster access, with better outcomes for more patients.Act as a thought partner for patient journey partner (PJP) & healthcare system partner (HSM) to successfully deliver and implement solutions for the ecosystems.Work in a self-managed team of peers and ensure that you hold each other accountable to effectively deliver solutions for the ecosystems the patient journey partner (PJP) & healthcare system partner (HSM) you work will serve.Deeply understand the needs of the external ecosystems as articulated by the patient journey partner (PJP) & healthcare system partner (HSM), identify existing solutions that can deliver rapid and sustainable outcomes.Support in solution delivery with the patient journey partner (PJP) & healthcare system partner (HSM). Coach and technical expert for the PJPs/HSPs on all medical related topics.Coach the PPOCs in conducting medical affairs activities, analyzing insights, data and making strategic recommendations.Act as a technical expert and enabler that facilitates collaboration between PPOCs and functions related to Medical Affairs, particularly functions considered 'License to Operate (e.g. local safety, clinical operations and local quality).Act as a local expert to provide medical / scientific therapy area expertise across one or
more therapy areas.

Educational & Background Qualifications:
MD preferredUniversity degree in pharmacy or other relevant medical discipline (ideally in ophthalmology or optometry)≥ 5 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industryDeep understanding of relevant pharma industry codes of conduct and regulationsFluent in English, Arabic is preferred
