Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Food Processing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, KSA as a Conformity Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for working with us in the conformity certification process for food products entering Saudi Arabia through the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA).


Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate food processing operations and procedures to ensure compliance with SFDA regulations.
- Conduct audits and inspections of food processing facilities.
- Review documentation and certify that food products meet SFDA conformity requirements.
- Liaise with SFDA authorities and food producers to facilitate the certification process.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in SFDA regulations and industry best practices.


Requirements:
- Preferably a Saudi national.
- Preferably a Female.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in food processing (Manufacturing) or quality assurance.
- a strong background in relevant food standards, including HACCP, ISO 22000, and Halal.
 -Experience with conformity assessment bodies and knowledge of food safety standards, such as Codex Alimentarius and SFDA regulations, is a plus
- Thorough understanding of SFDA food safety regulations and certification processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
