As an Facility Manager you will be responsible for:
- Plans, assigns, directs, coordinates, and evaluates the work of skilled, semi-skilled, labor, and custodial employees engaged into a various maintenance activity.
- Conduct safety meetings, enforces all safety regulations, and ensure the use of personal protective equipment.
- Communicate with Engineers and other technicians (Plumber, electricians, HVAC technicians, technical helpers and all skilled workers) to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
- Conduct quality assurance and safety checks on all tasks and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance measures and safety inspection.
Skills
- Diploma or higher degree in Mechanical or electrical engineering fields.
- Required 2-4 years of experience in a facility management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
