1. Process Coordination and Development:

• Efficiently coordinate with process stakeholders to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and alignment of supply chain activities with business objectives. Assist in the development and review of supply chain processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to best practices.

2. Inventory Management and Accuracy:

• Monitor cycle counts and inventory accuracy reports to identify discrepancies, implement corrective actions, and maintain accurate inventory records. 3. Process Analysis and Optimization:

• Analyze and benchmark various supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to enhance overall performance.

• Conduct thorough assessments of existing supply chain processes, utilizing data analytics and performance metrics, to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.

• Utilize data analytics to drive informed decision-making, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and identify opportunities for optimization and performance enhancement.

4. QHSE Performance & Practice:

• Ensure all suppliers adhere to QHSE standards with a supplier compliance rate of 95%.

• Implement at least two QHSE improvement initiatives per quarter. • Conduct regular QHSE training sessions and maintain high employee awareness.

• Ensure all QHSE incidents are documented and reported within established time frames. Reduce incident response time by 20%.  

5. Continuous Improvement and Lean Thinking:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a lean thinking culture within the supply chain, actively seeking opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction.

6. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Management:

• Create and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to establish standardized processes, ensure consistency, and facilitate knowledge transfer.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives, fostering effective communication, collaboration, and coordination.

8. Risk Management and Contingency Planning:

• Develop and maintain contingency plans to mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions, ensuring business continuity and resilience.

9. Mentorship and Training:

• Provide mentorship and training to the supply chain team, promoting a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and professional development.

10. Industry Trends and Best Practices:

• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain management, proactively adapting and improving processes to remain competitive and efficient. 

Skills

Qualification Requirements Education and/or Experience

➢ Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. a master's degree is preferred in a relevant discipline.

➢ A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, process improvement, or related roles.

➢ Experience in leading supply chain optimization projects and driving process improvements.

➢ Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration and working with diverse stakeholders. Language Skills

➢ Ability to read, speak and write Arabic and English.

➢ Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Personal Ability

➢ The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions for process improvement.

➢ Demonstrated leadership abilities to drive change, influence others, and motivate teams.

➢ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address supply chain challenges and optimize processes.
