Design and Programming of PLC system based on the client and design

requirements of the project

Testing , Commissioning, and Troubleshooting of All the kinds of PLC systems

Preventive Maintenance, Calibration, Troubleshooting of PLC , Process Gas

Analyzers including Sampling Systems and analyzer Shelter like HVAC & F&G systems

Handle online Process and Stack Analyzers including Gas Chromatography, Oil in Water, Oxygen, Infrared, Sulfur, Turbidity, Chlorine, Moisture, THC, TOC, etc..

Attend Emergency breakdown service calls and ensure that the sampling system, Analyzer, and HVAC are back in service.

Prepare a monthly, quarterly, half-year, and yearly preventive maintenance plan.

Identify consumables, and prepare monthly, Quarterly, and Annual maintenance budgets.

Spare parts management, identifying critical Spare Parts and Ordering them on time.

PM activities: Completing Preventative Maintenance, Calibration, preparing historical logs & calibration. Certificates

Analyzer support services include configuration, backup, upgrades, etc.

Excellent communication skills, capable of handling all Communication with Original

Equipment Manufacturers for successful repairs without additional support and supervision.

Maintaining Master Calibration equipment, and tools and ensuring they are calibrated by third party on time.

Keeping up to date on maintaining Calibration and service logs in a timely manner.

Familiar with all tools and consumables required to perform calibration and repair services.

Maintaining daily communications with customers in a professional manner to ensure smooth coronation at the site.

Meeting the highest norms related to Health, Safety & Environmental, and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.

Overall responsible for the effective and efficient project execution to meet and/or exceed expected project performances such as timelines, budgets, scope, quality etc.

Acting as principal technical liaison for the service, customer, OEM, and company.

Reviewing project specifications and related documents.

Ensuring good engineering standards and practices are implemented at all times.

Implementing projects with best practices, codes/standards, tools, policies, procedures, templates, engineering solutions/designs and other shared documentation available in the engineering documentation archives.

Ensuring focus on understanding customer’s needs and solving customer’s technical problems to improve customer satisfaction.

Ensuring appropriate material buyout, engineering approach, and methodology to maximize project profitability.

Acting as principal interface with the Project Manager for the Site services and resources.

Preparing Material Requisition specifications for the selection and purchase of buyout items. 

Conducting Goods Receipt Inspection to verify the quality and correctness of items delivered by sub-vendors.

Assisting Factory Service personnel in the conduct of internal testing and FAT.

Coordinating with Document Controller in the preparation of final and As-built documentation, Operation & Maintenance Manual and Manufacturer Data Records.

Promoting and developing solution capabilities and application knowledge to support existing and future projects.

Prepare and present the project scope of work, overall schedule and deviations to during KOM with our clients related to specific site services project.

Preparation of Site progress report based on the service and client requirements.

Preparation of MOM and action plans needs to be circulated with our project team and client for the review and feedback.

Based on the site service work completion invoice request with our finance and

payment follow-up with customers to ensure the proper cash flow of the project on a timely manner.

Change in the project scope of work or any additional requirements need to be captured and informed to the sales & project team to approach the customer for a change order in a timely manner.

Site supervision and coordination with the service team during project execution at the site

Scheduling the FAT with OEM and end-users based on the approved FAT

procedures at OEM or System Integrator Facility based on the project requirements

Schedule the Proper manpower, equipment and tools as per the project and site

requirements

Coordination with OEMs and End-User teams during the startup and commissioning of the analyzers & other equipment at the site

Proper hand of projects to the client after SAT and clearance certificate approval on time to close out the projects.
