- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all structural work meets required standards and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits to verify the accuracy and quality of construction work.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure that all structural work complies with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with structural work.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Act as the primary technical liaison between the construction team and design professionals.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
Reporting and Documentation:

Skills
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in structural engineering within the construction industry, with a proven track record in technical office management.
Certification: Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
