Executive General Manager

Key Responsibilities

Maintain high standard qualitative environment of Unit(s) and well manage/coordinate the functions of various departments for the proper, effective, and smooth functioning of Unit(s) to accomplish the market demand timely and cost effectively.

Plan and implement well designed strategies to improve the functioning of Unit(s) with an aim to develop higher yield and productivity. 

Actively monitoring and regularly evaluating the day-to-day operations and ensure process are in line with the desired and implemented strategy/requirement.

Induct good manufacturing practices (GMP) and maintain high level standard of hygiene conditions and cleanliness. Develop the culture of uncompromising attitude towards the quality of products and stand to achieve quality improvements in its optimum level.  

Ensure the quality of every product, equipment, and proper distribution of manpower to maintain the cost effectiveness. Application of technology as and where required to modernize the operations.  Ensure that the fixed assets are preserved. Assesses and adjusts strategies, systems, procedures, performance capabilities, equipment, facilities, and people to enhance production, quality, safety, and profitability. Aligns resources to deliver optimum output in areas of cost, financial controls, quality, safety, and business initiatives. 

Implement innovative and new ideas for improvements and growth of the organization. Sets clear priorities to measure and monitors KPIs.

Evaluate, develop, monitor, and reports to top management on operating costs of the  functional areas. Alerts management of cost and labor as and when required. Make recommendations and implements solutions to problems arising from various corners for ensure the smooth operations.

Educate, motivate, and modernize department managers on issues regarding safety, security, employee relations, scheduling, training, grievances, etc. Ensures managers and supervisors are adhering to company regulations and policies as well as maintaining the decorum in fair and impartial manner.

Prepare annual budgets with future guidelines/focus to accelerate the growth and control the expenses effectively.

Maintains and communicates an awareness of industry trends including new developments in equipment, ingredients, and customer requirements.

Supervise and create evaluative reports in the performance of the duties of employee and provide direct feedback to motivate and improve them.

Source the raw material matching to company standard and policy for the betterment of Product quality and cost effective. Ensure the financial health of the company to be maintained.

Ensure and remain equipped to meet the market demand raised by the sales department   satisfactorily. To keep abreast with global, regional, and local trends to lead the creation development and execution of ideas and innovations within the company.

Skills

Qualifications, Experience& Skills

PHD, MBA or Bachelor’s Degree in Food engineering, business administration or relevant.

Minimum 12 years’ experience in FMGC.

Team leader, strong personality, smart, team member.

Computer skills, Arabic and English language, analyses skills… etc.
