• Issuing sales invoices.

• Responding telephone inquiries from the customers, providing them with all needed information about their dials.
• To provide customers with information regarding TE Data's new products.
• Offering and sell ADSL accounts.
• Adding and deleting all needed services for customers.
• Handle all the customers complains and remodelling them to be reported to the technical
department.
• Follow up and guide the customers to reach their satisfaction through our process.
• To follow up with delayed Customers request.
