We're Fipco, a large industrial Group in Saudi Arabia for packaging and filling solutions.

We're looking for an all-rounder, exceptional, highly skilled, dynamic, results-driven, creative, passionate & deeply experienced ESOP Expert to manage and optimize our Employee Stock Ownership Plan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ESOP administration, compliance, and strategic planning. This role involves working closely with our finance, HR, and legal teams to ensure our ESOP is effective, compliant, and aligned with our business goals, Oversee the day-to-day management of our ESOP, including plan design, implementation, and ongoing administration, Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to ESOPs. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting ESOPs, Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies that enhance the effectiveness of the ESOP and align with overall business objectives, Develop and deliver educational programs and materials to employees about the ESOP, its benefits, and how it works, Prepare and present reports on ESOP performance, including financial impact, participation rates, and employee satisfaction,  Address and resolve any issues or questions related to the ESOP from employees, management, or external parties. 

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CEBS, ESOP Specialist) preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience managing ESOPs or related retirement plans. Proven track record in ESOP administration and compliance.Strong understanding of ESOP regulations and best practices. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Proficient in ESOP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
