Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Arabic-speaking Real Estate Agent to join our team at Reportage Properties in our KSA office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling and promoting our diverse real estate portfolio to clients within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, expanding our client base, and providing top-notch customer service, while being the face of our brand in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Marketing:
• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties within Reportage Properties’ portfolio to prospective buyers.
• Manage and expand client relationships, focusing on the KSA market.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients, both in-person and virtually.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
• Provide expert advice on property options, market conditions, and the purchasing process.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.
• Market Research:
• Stay up-to-date with the local real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements in KSA.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Ensure all sales transactions comply with local real estate laws and regulations.
• Assist clients with the necessary paperwork and documentation for property transactions.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the legal, finance, and customer service departments to ensure smooth property transactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a real estate agent or sales advisor, preferably in the KSA market.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi real estate market and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
