Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bids Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and developing the conditions and standards for bids, managing the bid preparation process, and ensuring the professional execution of all related activities. This role involves active participation in committees, thorough analysis of bids, and making informed decisions on selecting the most suitable offers. The Bids and Competitions Specialist will also be responsible for announcing bids and maintaining all related documentation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and develop conditions and standards for bids.
  • Review bid terms to ensure they meet criteria for selecting offers, guarantees for proper implementation, and fines for non-compliance.
  • Follow up and manage the processes of preparing bids.
  • Participate in committees for opening envelopes and examining offers.
  • Collect, review, and reformulate data to ensure compliance with regulatory conditions, policies, procedures, and legal clauses.
  • Announce bids through available channels.
  • Identify and target relevant entities.
  • Ensure receipt of bids by target entities and manage supplier submissions.
  • Open, sort, and analyze technical and financial offers.
  • Make decisions on the most appropriate offers based on approved policies and procedures.
  • Prepare specialized documents and reports related to bids.
  • Provide recommendations and solutions.
  • Present, clarify, and store documents in the database in accordance with approved policies and procedures.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in bids and competitions management, particularly in bid preparation and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory conditions, policies, procedures, and legal clauses related to bids.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant procurement software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
