Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for internal and external positions.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all steps.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job fairs, social media, networking events, agency partnerships, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes to assess candidate suitability based on job specifications.
- Conduct phone screenings to shortlist the best-qualified candidates.
- Perform initial and in-depth interviews with candidates to evaluate their skills and experience.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with managers.
- Gather interview feedback from managers.
- Communicate with candidates regularly to update them on the recruitment process.
- Prepare job offers, negotiate terms, and finalize employment conditions, ensuring a transparent process for successful candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, interviews, placements, and recruitment materials in the applicant tracking system for easy access by key stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the recruitment field by following new methods and techniques.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are accurately completed in the HR system.
- Handle onboarding procedures for new employees, including welcome emails, preparation of welcome packages, coordination of accommodation and transportation, airline ticket arrangements, workstation setup, etc.
- Announce new employees to their respective departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR.
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English.
