E-Commerce Specialist

AlUla Club is seeking a skilled and dedicated E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our online sales channels and driving revenue through e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize product listings, enhance the user experience, and implement effective digital marketing strategies.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the online shopping experience for our customers and contribute to the growth of our e-commerce business. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and a passion for driving online sales.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversion rates
  • Work closely with the marketing and design teams to create compelling product content and visuals
  • Utilize analytical tools to gather and interpret data on customer behavior and website performance
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and best practices
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and generating meaningful insights
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and channels, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional online shopping experience
  • Experience with customer service in an e-commerce setting is a plus
