General Manager / VP Operations

Our client, a Saudi based Fintech, is searching for a GM or VP of Operations, to join their exciting new Fintech. The business is a SaaS platform focused on B2B Sharia lending. The company is a start-up in the KSA market, and they are on the cusp of launching their new lending and asset management platform.

The company needs a GM or VP of Operations professional to establish and streamline operations, maximise efficiency and drive growth.

Core responsibilities:

• Drive a tier 1 organisational structure and team.
• Manage day-to-day operations.
• Establish performance metrics.
• Support growth of revenue on a monthly and annual basis.
• Help develop partner and referral pipeline.
• Build a data function for the company.

Candidate requirements:

• Degree qualified.
• Senior level experience in Operations or General Management.
• Strong background in operational processes and procedures.
• Demonstrable leadership experience.
• Experience in a KSA Fintech and / or a tech start-up.
• Experience and knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in Saudi.
