Attend and serve customers by providing product or service information.
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting
information about other products and services.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Responsible to do end to end coordination with high end customer Provide Skills required.
• Supports local Customer Service teams, and provides support for other teams when needed.
• Follows up with customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and to resolve any
customer concerns that may arise.
