Provides prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all incoming calls and assistance for outgoing calls that transpire through the call center.
Also plays an integral part in assisting with emergencies,(power/system failure) by contacting the designated personnel for immediate assistance. This position effects serve the central information contact for all customer services and inquiries

Ensure to provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all Customer, so as to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service from the call receiving time till finalizing the service
Maintains an up to date knowledge of system information and local services, including operating hours, promotions, events, attractions and any allied information to supply information respond to Customer queries
