- Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and print.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling content for blog posts, social media, email newsletters, and other marketing materials. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Compile and analyze data to inform marketing strategies.
- Event Coordination: Support the organization and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and webinars. Handle logistics, coordinate with vendors, and assist with on-site management.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics. Prepare regular reports to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, design, and product, to ensure alignment and execution of marketing strategies.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and managing marketing assets.
- Document procedures, processes, and workflows, and recommend changes for greater efficiencies
- Public Relations: Review content generated by the PR team in relation to interviews, media engagements and media articles to ensure it aligns with the PR strategy
- Develop and maintain an archiving system for different communications activities and documents i.e. media, memos, contracts, printings.

3. Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a marketing or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
