Job Description:

As an Onboarding Specialist at Abdullah Al Othaim Investment Co., you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new employees joining the company. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the entire onboarding process, from the initial offer acceptance to the first days and weeks of employment. Your role will be essential in helping new hires integrate into the company culture, understand their roles, and become productive members of the team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to active employment.
  • Prepare and deliver new hire orientation programs, including company policies, procedures, and benefits information.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure new hires have the necessary resources, tools, and access to systems from day one.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new employees during their onboarding period, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Organize and facilitate onboarding activities, such as introductory meetings with team members, managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the onboarding process, collecting feedback from new hires and managers to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all onboarding activities and documentation.
  • Assist with the development and continuous improvement of onboarding materials and resources.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, onboarding, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with new hires and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a focus on providing a great employee experience.
