Job Summary:
The Sales Representative at IBS (Integrated Building System) will be responsible for driving sales growth in the retail sector, particularly focusing on sanitary products and pumps. This role requires extensive experience in the Saudi Arabian market, with a deep understanding of retail stores, pump sales, and distribution channels. The Sales Representative will work to expand the company's customer base, achieve sales targets, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement extensive knowledge of the Saudi Arabian retail market and sanitary stores to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Identify and engage with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate sales leads.
- Focus on selling pumps, water heaters, and related products, applying experience with pump systems, clients, and distributors in the Saudi Kingdom.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the retail sector.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of IBS’s offerings.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively propose solutions that meet their demands.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer needs are met while achieving sales targets.
- Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution, enhancing the company’s brand positioning and market presence.
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.
- Conduct daily field visits to engage with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, monitor market trends, and gather customer feedback.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate with potential clients.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Keep abreast of product developments, market trends, and competitors’ activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective and individual sales targets.
Technical and Educational Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Proven work experience (3-5 years) as a Sales Representative, with a track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Expertise in the field of pumps and heaters.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, Odoo, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and the building systems industry.
