Description Patient Care: * Provide immediate diagnosis and treatment to patients in the ER and ICU. * Perform medical examinations, take patient histories, and order necessary diagnostic tests. * Initiate appropriate treatment plans and provide ongoing patient management. * Monitor and record patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. * Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment options and care plans. Emergency Response: * Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide acute care to patients in critical condition. * Perform emergency procedures as needed, including resuscitation and stabilization. * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient care. Administrative Duties: * Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records. * Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. * Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits. * Medical degree (BBS or MD) from an accredited institution. * Valid medical license to practice in Saudi Arabia * Board certification or equivalent in General Practice. * candidate needs to be based in Hafar Al Batin or open to relocate to Hafer Al Batin, Saudi Arabia * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ER and/or ICU settings. * Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. * Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills. * Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
