Job description:

A sales and marketing officer working in the marketing and sales team is responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company's objectives, increase market share, and promote the brand. It works closely with internal task forces and clients to analyze the market, develop marketing campaigns, and implement influential sales strategies.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Product market analysis and understanding of potential clients' needs and requirements.

2. Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase the company's market share and achieve sales objectives.

3. Identify business opportunities and develop innovative action plans to target potential clients and broaden the customer base.

4. Implement integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, promotional offers, trade fairs, and special events.

5. Effective marketing content, including blogs, articles, newsletters, and multimedia.

6. Dealing with and mentoring potential clients and offering technical and advisory advice.

7. Collaboration with internal sales and marketing teams to develop integrated sales strategies and achieve established sales objectives.

8. Tracking and analyzing the results of marketing and sales campaigns and regular reporting to management.

9. Control and follow-up of competitors and analysis of their strategies and tactics used.

10. Keep abreast of the latest marketing and sales trends and new techniques used in industry.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in sales and marketing, ideal for 1-3 years.

2. Practical knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, social media, and web analysis.

3. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and conversation).

4. Analytical capacity and data analysis skills to understand client needs and identify business opportunities.

5. Capacity to plan, manage, and manage time effectively.

6. The ability to act independently and under pressure to achieve the set goals.

7. Knowledge of the marketing and sales tools used, such as CRM, automatic marketing programs, testing, and analysis tools.

8. Capacity to build strong relationships with clients and interact effectively with internal task forces.

9 An academic degree in sales, business or any other equivalent major.

10. Flexibility and adaptability to changes in the commercial and market environment.
