QC Inspector

  • As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring that products meet specified quality standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

Product Inspection:

Quality Standards Adherence:

  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns during the manufacturing process

Quality Control Procedures:

  • Implement and enforce quality control procedures and guidelines
  • Perform routine checks on production processes to identify deviations.

Defect Identification:

  • Identify and document defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
  • Work with production teams to address and rectify quality issues promptly

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results.
  • Complete inspection reports and documentation for quality control purposes

Supplier Quality Management:

  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality standards
  • Conduct supplier audits and provide feedback on quality issues

Quality Audits:

  • Participate in internal and external quality audits.
  • Implement corrective actions based on audit findings.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in quality control.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to optimize quality processes.

Training and Awareness:

  • Provide training to production teams on quality standards and inspection criteria.
  • Foster a culture of quality awareness within the organization

Customer Feedback:

  • Monitor and address customer feedback related to product quality.
  • Collaborate with customer support to resolve quality-related issues.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Stay informed about industry regulations and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with quality-related regulations and certifications

Safety Compliance:

  • Work in adherence to safety regulations and procedures
  • Report any safety concerns related to the inspection process.
