1. Responsible for the building a sales team of 8 to 10 people and management them in the area, and the team management include recruitment, training, motivate and elimination; 2. Carry out business management, set targets, grasp the process, get results,review, and complete the company's business targets with high efficiency and low cost through a complete process of review; 3. Create various communication platforms, provide effective training and coaching for team members, and cultivate competent and excellent prospective managers; 4. Proficient in the use of various tools, can independently carry out data analysis, find problems from transaction data, coach team members to improve and continuously optimize plans and strategies; 5. Summarize and sort out various actions in the work, can form a methodology, easy to copy and promote the use, and provide suggestions for company policies.

1. Have more than 2 years of experience in managing sales teams or AM teams, and can maintain a good level of performance in the company; 2. Can clearly explain the methods and processes for leading a team to achieve excellent results, and can summarize experiences and replicate them to others; 3. Continuously take the initiative to share and contribute practical work experience and feasible improvement suggestions; 4. Value talent and staff coaching, those who have trained managers in previous jobs are preferred; 5. Can actively embrace change, accept job regional transfers and necessary business trip arrangements. 6. English and Arabic can be used as working languages, with basic reading and writing abilities in English, and proficient in using working software.
