We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facade Project Manager to join our construction team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing facade projects and possess strong leadership and project management skills. Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of facade projects from inception to completion - Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans - Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met - Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards - Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and address any issues or concerns - Manage project documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in facade project management within the construction industry - Strong knowledge of facade systems, materials, and construction methods - Proven track record of successfully managing complex facade projects - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals - Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations - Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
