Job Title: Tendering Department Engineer  

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tendering Department Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales executives, sales and marketing, and customer relations teams to support solution selling into our prospect account base.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare, and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles.

- Create and deliver compelling presentations that highlight the unique value proposition of our solutions.

- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and suppliers.

- Achieve sales targets by effectively organizing and retaining resources.

- Manage and plan sales activities to meet targets and objectives.

- Acquire new clients and follow up effectively with existing clients.

- Obtain competitive pricing from suppliers.

- Conduct site visits to projects and gather necessary information for quotations.

- Prepare accurate and detailed quotations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience, preferably in B2B sales.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.

- Proficiency in English.
