Job Summary:

The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products or services.

The CRO will act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing support to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

  • Serve as the additional point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.

Problem Resolution:

  • Handle customer complaints and issues, escalating them to the appropriate department if necessary.
  • Provide solutions (if possible) to customer problems and follow up to ensure resolution.
  1. Customer Support:
    • Assist customers with product or service-related queries and provide technical support as needed.
    • Educate customers about the company's products, services, and promotions.

Feedback Collection:

  • Gather customer feedback and report it to the relevant people/ departments.
  • Participate in the development of strategies to improve customer satisfaction based on feedback.

Team Support:

  • Support the team by identifying potential sales opportunities and providing customer insights.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the provided system.
  • Generate reports on customer interactions and satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
  • Foreign qualified (Any UK, USA or Australian University)
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role will be added advantage.
  • Proficient in English language (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
  • Proficient in Arabic language (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, power point, Paint etc).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused attitude and a proactive approach to work.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Minimum 02 Years’ experience in industrial sector or related industrial products
  • Age limit not more than 30 years
  • Having own transport & Valid Saudi Driving License
  • Additional language skills will be advantage

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • Office-based with occasional travel to customers.
  • May require working outside of regular office hours to meet customer needs.
