Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the rental of exhibition floor space to vendors, exhibitors, and sponsors.
  • Interact with clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable floor space options.
  • Draft and negotiate rental agreements, ensuring terms, pricing, and logistics are clear.
  • Oversee floor layout, allocate spaces, and manage setup logistics during events.
  • Provide exceptional service to exhibitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Maximize revenue by optimizing floor space utilization and attracting exhibitors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning, venue management, or exhibition coordination.
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
