Summary of the Role:
As a Distribution Supervisor, you will be responsible to manage, plan, and organize the Logistics activities and tasks to achieve the overall objectives related to profitability, competitiveness, customer satisfaction, service, and quality. This position will report to the Logistic Manager.
Responsibilities:
Plan and optimize transport routes and handle storage and transportation of in-bond and outbound raw materials and finished goods.
Execute procedures and guidelines in compliance with local laws and regulations, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, JOS, and Jotun’s HSEQ Management system.
Execute the shipments from production to the end-user and track orders using functional systems (e.g., barcodes and tracking software).
Coordinate with Warehouse Workers to ensure proper storage and distribution of products and keep organized records of vehicles, schedules, and completed orders on a timely basis.
Monitor and report on transportation costs and other relevant KPIs and ensure shipping documents are properly filed as per regular practice.
Organize training sessions for employees (e.g., proper use of machines and handling of hazardous material).

Qualification:
Any Diploma or bachelor’s degree. (Warehouse Management / Supply Chain is preferred).
3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Warehouse Management / Distribution.
Fluency in Arabic & English – both verbally and written.
Location:<br/><br/>Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
