Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the wiring devices field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of electrical wiring devices. This role involves generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

 Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to clients, demonstrating the features and benefits of our wiring devices.

- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product line and stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.

- Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.

- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitive analysis.

- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and technical departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

 Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the electrical or wiring devices industry.

Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to achieve sales targets

- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of electrical wiring devices and industry standards.

- Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
