This opportunity is with an Industrial Automation company into Machine Diagnostics, Predictive Maintenance, and Condition Monitoring, across UAE and Saudi Arabia • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence in the KSA, focusing on generating leads and converting them into sales. • Large Account Management: Oversee and manage large accounts, ensuring consistent engagement, satisfaction, and growth within key clients. • Growing Existing Business: Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing clients to drive additional revenue, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnership. • Technical and Value Selling: Utilize technical knowledge and value-based selling techniques to effectively communicate the benefits and ROI of our solutions to potential clients. • Solution Sales: Demonstrate expertise in selling complex solutions, understanding client needs, and providing tailored offerings that meet their specific requirements. • Complex Multiple Stakeholders Management: Navigate and manage sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment and consensus to facilitate successful deal closure. • Annuity Contracts: Drive sales of annuity contracts, focusing on long-term service agreements that provide ongoing revenue streams. • Technical Knowledge: Strong background in industrial sales with expertise in reliability and predictive maintenance, industrial automation, and cloud sales or SaaS. • Sales Performance: Proven track record of high-performance sales, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly targets.

Requirements: • To be successful you would ideally possess 10-12 Years of experience into industrial sales with experience in large deals in sectors such as oil and gas, utilities, energy, mining, or government. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; MBA preferred. • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in industrial sales, • Sales Expertise: Proven experience in solution sales, large annuity contracts, services sales, or project sales. • Regional Experience: At least 3-4 years of experience working in KSA.
