Do you know how to manage critical path, multiple stakeholders and handle all aspects from value engineering, cost control, contract negotiation & program. You will be able to respond to project and business needs, create focused action plans and strategies , manage change management, employ robust project management techniques and show commercial acumen protecting the clients best interests. As a professional allrounder you can add value from risk, delay analysis, program controls and project controls.
