Main Responsibilities:

• Fully Study and understand Tender documents and Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, & other related documents, raising necessary tender clarifications and keeping close coordination with clients to finalize the actual scope of work.
• Send inquiries to the supplier & get the quotation as per the specification, prepare a price comparison sheet, and review the same.
• Preparation of BOQ, Comparing the quantities & generating quantity discrepancy report with respect to the Bill of quantities provided by the consultant and pricing accordingly.
• Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
• Identifies labour, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
• Computes costs by analyzing labour, material, and time requirements.
• Presents prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
• Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

• Ability to commute/relocate.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
