We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our legal team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our legal staff and ensure the smooth operation of the legal department. Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to lawyers and enhance their effectiveness by performing various tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing case files. - Assist with legal research and preparation of legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and agreements. - Handle communication with clients, witnesses, and court personnel, ensuring professional and timely correspondence. - Maintain and organize legal files and documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date. - Manage billing and invoicing processes, track expenses, and assist with budget management for the legal department. - Coordinate and schedule court appearances, depositions, and other legal proceedings, and ensure all necessary materials are prepared and organized. - Assist in the preparation and filing of legal forms and documents, including court filings and registrations. - Handle general office duties such as answering phones, managing mail, and maintaining office supplies. - Adhere to confidentiality and data protection policies to safeguard sensitive legal information.

- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant in a fast-paced legal environment. - Proficiency in legal research and document preparation, with a strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures. - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and colleagues. - Proficiency in using legal software and case management systems, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and tools. - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. - Relevant certification or diploma in legal studies or a related field is a plus.
