Job Description: ? Plan, direct, and co-ordinate the operations of a business, division, department, or operating unit. ? Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement. ? Negotiation of all purchases and involvement in approving group procurement. ? Prepares weekly price lists to be followed by salespeople, according to the sage (ERP System) costs and market price and approves special discounts in collaboration with Head of Finance/Commercial Approval Mandatory. ? Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by senior management.
