Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves project planning, budget management, resource allocation, quality assurance, risk management, stakeholder communication, team leadership, and regular reporting.
• Client-Centric Project Management: Leverage your extensive experience to manage projects from the client's perspective, ensuring their needs, objectives, and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources allocation, to guide the successful execution of projects.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve project goals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and client expectations.
• Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, to optimize project outcomes.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets and financials, ensuring projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s or PMP preferred.
• 8+ years in construction project management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Middle East experience, especially in Saudi Arabia, is desirable.
