•Ensure the smooth initiation of projects by coordinating with stakeholders, defining project objectives, and establishing project scope and deliverables. •Conduct thorough technical and commercial evaluations of projects, analyzing requirements, risks, and costs to inform decision-making and project planning. •Prepare project schedules, coordinate activities across engineering disciplines, and monitor progress to ensure projects are on track. •Collaborate with cross-discipline team members to ensure alignment with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. •Create detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, milestones, and resources required. •Ensure project deliverables adhere to quality standards and are submitted according to project timelines. •Gather, analyze, and summarize relevant information to prepare regular status reports for stakeholders. •Develop effective project communication plans and ensure their execution to facilitate smooth project execution. •Identify and mitigate potential project risks through proactive risk management strategies. •Manage change requests, ensuring all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget. •Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents necessary for successful project implementation and turnover to clients. •Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables and ensure satisfaction during the project transition period. •Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. •Undertake any other related duties or assignments as directed by senior management.

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, MIS or Equivalent. •Proven experience in project management, and successfully delivering projects. •Minimum of 8 years of experience managing projects mainly in Oil and Gas projects. •PMP certified or equivalent
