Valuation of all real estate assets across the giga project Client Details One of the leading Giga projects in the Kingdom contributing directly to Vision 2030 Description The successful candidate will join a growing team carrying out the following functions within the Strategic Investment Analysis Team: * Instructing and managing external valuers to carry out a broad range of valuations of the project primarily for transactional and financial reporting purposes. * Instructing and managing external consultants to develop interactive digital reports and tool benchmarking market metrics and market dynamics in KSA. * Managing internal stakeholders from various departments and of various levels of seniority to ensure that the company can benchmark its performance against market and make informed real estate decisions. * Presenting valuation and market analytic results to C-suite stakeholders to help facilitate decision making. * At least 10 years of real estate valuation experience at a leading International real estate consultancy in a Valuation role. * Strong written and spoken English. * Competent valuation modelling skills. * A business, real estate, valuation, or management degree. * Strong MS Excel, Word and PPT skills. * Emerging market real estate valuation experience preferred. * A valuation qualification such as MRICS is preferred but not essential if the candidate has the correct experience.
