The Head of Human Resource of the Company has primary responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the human resource activities, including making payrolls, recruitment of employees, performance evaluations, reward and recognition, employee relations as well as maintaining and improving HR operations.➢ Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.➢ Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition, as well as maintaining and improving HR systems and management of the HR budget.➢ Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.➢ Develop training and development programs for old and newly inducted employees.➢ Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues in the company.➢ Provide reports on all areas of HR, Payroll and Learning and Development, including the application of Employment Law, HR policy, best practice, and workforce development.➢ Provide professional leadership, support, and development to HR staff, to increase knowledge, share best practice and to ensure that relevant professional standards are met.➢ Ensure that the company complies with current regulations, accepted professional standards, policies and procedures and legislation (including legislation on data protection, the Equality Act and health and safety).➢ Take a lead role in transforming and strengthening the organisational culture, ensuring that the company values and approach are displayed.➢ Ensure managers are sufficiently skilled and enabled to access appropriate guidance and information to manage workforce issues.➢ Execute a plan for diversity, equality, and inclusion that aligns with company values, business strategy and commitments.➢ Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance. Skills➢ BSc/BA in Human resources Management, business administration, or relevant fields,➢ HR Credentials (e.g., PHR from the HR certification Institute),➢ Minimum 15 years of experience in a HR role with at least 10 years of experience in the management role.➢ Well-developed oral and written communication skills are a must. Ideal candidate must be self-directed. Strong interpersonal and team building skills.➢ A curious mindset, to think innovatively and rationally about concerns and come up with creative solutions.➢ Experience of managing a skilled team and make quick but rational decisions.➢ The ability to accept and provide feedback, be challenged on advice, and work well under pressure.➢ Previous experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment.➢ Must be Saudi National or Arabic Speaker➢ Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills,➢ Strong verbal and communication skills,➢ Excellent supervisory and leadership skills,➢ Ability to adapt to the needs of the company and employee,➢ Thorough knowledge of employment related laws and regulations,➢ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail,➢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
