We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary: Circa £63,000 depending on skills and experience with a car allowance and bonus on top What you’ll be doing:<br/><br/>Ensure that essential procedures are followed based on your own knowledge of Project Management Adapt and develop your own project plans and priorities to address the resource and operational challenges Guide your team in the application of Project Management techniques Be accountable as a member of the Project Management team for development and implementation of appropriately tailored practices Reporting into the Infrastructure management team, you will be proactive in leading the delivery of highly complex, cross discipline projects. You will utilise your extensive knowledge and experience to guarantee delivery of requirements to ensure strategic objectives are realised Manage resource management tasks in support your objectives and use your relationship management skills to balance the demands from Infrastructure Operations and the wider Programme<br/><br/>Your skills and experiences: Essential:<br/><br/>You will need to have an extensive knowledge of Project Management (tools, techniques, practices) Ability to develop innovative solutions to complex issues in a wider Business context Strong stakeholder management experience at senior level with the ability to influence Construction or facility projects working with Principal Contractors and Designers Experience gained within a Manufacturing or Engineering setting<br/><br/>Benefits: You’ll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
