RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Jeddah, KSA<br/><br/>market Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers Provide technical support to customers and address their inquiries and<br/><br/>concerns Develop and deliver technical presentations and training sessions to<br/><br/>customers Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and<br/><br/>project success Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide feedback<br/><br/>to management Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the<br/><br/>business The primary responsibility of the Sales Engineer is to provide<br/><br/>Pre-Sales product knowledge and solution. Partner with Sales / Business<br/><br/>Development team to close deals and achieve sales goals. Identifies business opportunities by<br/><br/>researching, identifying prospects, and analysing<br/><br/>sales leads. Prepares sales reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing<br/><br/>information. Supports the salesforce and lead the technical aspect of the selling process<br/><br/>including the developing and conducting of professional product presentations<br/><br/>and demonstrations to generate sales and meet revenue objectives. Increase the sale of product by establishing contact and developing<br/><br/>relationships with prospects and recommending solutions. Carrying out tender responses, answering and expanding on functional /<br/><br/>technical requirements within complex tender documents of potential clients Actively research and maintain a thorough understanding of our own<br/><br/>products and competitor strengths and weaknesses Working with the Business Development team to ensure that all sales<br/><br/>documentation and collateral is kept up to date Provide high-quality sales support and develop cost-effective,<br/><br/>resilient, innovative, and reliable based on the most appropriate and latest<br/><br/>technologies to win proposals and/or tenders and achieve high customer<br/><br/>satisfaction for the services rendered The Sales Engineer is expected to keep himself up to date on the<br/><br/>latest technologies and products in the market. Works closely with sales team<br/><br/>and be the go-to internal technical resource for the team Proactively engage the customers primarily for all Pre-sales technical<br/><br/>matters. Use your in-depth product knowledge and technical skills to suggest<br/><br/>and potentially develop product solutions for prospects Act with urgency and precision to give users best in class pre-sales support. Propose technical and creative business solutions in support of sales objectives.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field At least 5 years of experience in sales or business<br/><br/>development, preferably in the HVAC Solution industry. Strong technical knowledge of insulation materials and<br/><br/>systems Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation<br/><br/>skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with<br/><br/>customers and stakeholders Result-oriented mindset and ability to work independently<br/><br/>and as part of a team Fluent in English & Arabic language skills Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to<br/><br/>communicate and present. Strong business acumen<br/><br/>entrepreneurial approach Strong networking and relationship building Negotiation and selling skills
