Job Title: Brand Sales Manager - Oracle Location: Riyadh, KSAJob Purpose: BSM is the Primary conduit between the corporate merchant team and the customer, ensuring a seamless customer experience aligned to the company vision while effectively driving sales. The BSM owns his brand/categories of business and is responsible for ensuring product solutions, training, and scalable business to all the sub GTMs met through managing, mentoring, and developing a cross- functional sales team. He is expected to lead, problem solve and possess an intuitive sense to think ahead. Job Responsibilities: Maintain coordinal relationships with vendors, ensuring that the vendor objectives and strategies are planned, being a source of Business Intelligence to the vendor, negotiating a win-win deal with the vendor, formulating, and implementing returns process such that partners and company’s’ interest is safeguarded. Engaging with customers on a periodic basis, Understanding needs and giving Solutions, dealing with the issues, and addressing them through engagement with relevant stake holders. Inventory and sell out planning, holding optimum inventory without blocking huge cash flow, making decisions, and moving the slowing moving inventory at right time, Optimizing Inventory and AR in the market. Managing the stakeholders, complying with the requirements of different bodies, co-operating with stakeholders while safeguarding the organizations and customer interest, etc. Ensuring that we stay compliant to statutory/ vendor requirements. Increasing Channel Breadth and activating the existing customers whom we have not billed. Maintaining sales records, conducting analysis, presenting the finds to the senior management, and auctioning on the same, keeping proper records of sales, inventory, sales receivables, credit limit etc. Obtaining information regarding competition which will lead to proper planning. To engage OEMs in appropriate pricing supports, marketing activities and ensure that appropriate claims are made on OEMs as at when due. To follow up on product sales receivable and ensure that there are no overdue invoices. Key Requirements: Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a Sales role.1-2 years’ experience working with Oracle cloud and is familiar with the products and their market. Has worked within the KSA market for at least 2 years. Has built good connections and relationships across different sectors within the Kingdom. Is prepared to travel to different sites across the Kingdom if necessary. Good presentation skills both written & verbally. Arabic Speaker is advantageous. Transferable Iqama.
